Hi! My name is Rachael
In the spirit of connection, intimacy, and joy I am in service to this sacred path of yoga. Yoga awakens within me a heart-centered presence which flows beyond the mat into a lens in which I perceive the world. I practice and teach with an emphasis on meditative inquiry, and am deeply devoted to Tantric philosophy, embodied mythology, and nature-based ritual. As a student for over 20 years, and a (formal) teacher of 7, I feel profound gratitude to be on this ancient-emergent-alchemical yoga journey with you!
