Meditation + Inquiry is self-love. It’s an invitation to tune into your heart. By exploring your inner world, without judgment, you learn to befriend whatever arises. Presence, inquiry, and surrender reveal the deep Truth of who you are, beyond the conditioned mind. Through consistent practice, perception shifts, and I’ve come to experience the world with greater ease, curiosity, and compassion. Offerings include Vipassana meditation, Hridaya meditation, The Work and The Morning Walk of Byron Katie.

This is a gentle, restorative yoga where we target release in the deep connective tissues by relaxing into postures for 2-5 minutes. During these long holds you relax your muscles to allow the posture itself to be the catalyst for opening. The slow, meditative quality of Yin balances the fast paced Yang of everyday life.

Yoga nidra invites you into a dreamy journey of awareness and release. This powerful and soothing practice brings you into a deep relaxation of the body while encouraging mental lucidity. Luxuriating in Savasana (lying down), you will be guided through breath, body scans, and a series of visualizations. By bringing your physical and subtle body into cohesion, you can walk away feeling a sense of profound wholeness, and a full night’s rest in just an hour!

Everything is vibration and when we tune into the resonant frequencies we can feel our bodies harmonize with the greater universe. Sound healing arouses, alchemizes, and synthesizes energy. It stimulates the vagus nerve, which helps with breathing, inflammation, stress, gut health, mental health, and much more. Soften in and let the waves of sound nourish and replenish you.

Think of your breath as your natural reset button. It’s always flowing in the background, but when you work with it intentionally, it becomes a powerful way to shift your inner state. Gentle breathing techniques can soothe the nervous system and melt away tension. High-intensity breathwork turns up the heat, activating the body for cathartic release. Both styles balance our energy and mood and remind us that peace is right under our nose!
